GAF Chairman’s Circle
All-South received the Commercial Chairman’s Circle Award in the program’s inaugural year of 2023 as well as in 2024.
Each year, GAF Commercial invites a select number of exceptional contractors to join the GAF Commercial Chairman’s Circle in recognition of their commitment, capability, reputation, community engagement, and brand loyalty.
“Only a select group of contractors meet GAF’s criteria for inclusion in our Commercial Chairman’s Circle,” said Alma Garnett, Senior Vice President at GAF. “These contractors have distinguished themselves through consistency in their quality of work, an excellent reputation for service, and a sincere dedication to their employees and the communities in which they work.”
Johns-Manville Peak Advantage Contractor
As a member of Johns-Manville’s Peak Advantage Contractor program, All-South achieved the Summit Club in 2013, 2018, and 2019, the Pinnacle Council from 2014-2017, 2021-2023, and the 5280 Council in 2020.
JM’s Peak Advantage program consists of five levels, starting with Peak, going up to Altitude Club, then to Summit Club, climbing to Pinnacle Council, and finally reaching 5280 Council, which signifies the top level of Peak Advantage and recognizes contractors whose quality work has resulted in many exemplary installations.

Elevate Master Contractor Award
All-South received the Master Contractor Award from Elevate (formerly Firestone) every year from 1988 to 2023.
“Since 1988, our annual Master Contractor program recognizes top contractors who exemplify Elevate’s commitment to delivering long-term, reliable commercial roofing solutions,” said Jamie Gentoso, President, Holcim Building Envelope and Global Head, Holcim Solutions & Products. “We are honored to recognize these professionals who set the industry standard.”
Carlisle Excellence in Single-Ply
All-South received the ESP award every year from 1998 to 2018.
Established in 1998 as a means to recognize Carlisle’s most loyal and dedicated authorized applicators, the Excellence in Single-Ply (ESP) award has become one of the most recognizable and prestigious achievements in the commercial roofing industry. Awarded annually, only the most accomplished applicators achieve ESP status; a designation that provides customers with confidence that they have partnered with the very best in the industry.
Carlisle Hall of Fame 500
In addition to the Carlisle ESP award, All-South is a member of the Carlisle Hall of Fame 500 for completing 500 “Perfect 10” roof installations.
