If you own or manage a commercial building, you know that keeping the roof in good shape is one of the most important investments to consider. Roofs take a beating from the elements, especially here in the Southeast where we are prone to heavy storms, lightning, wind, hail, tornadoes and sometimes hurricanes. A service and maintenance plan can stop issues before they start and lengthen the life expectancy of your roof. At All-South Subcontractors, our many decades of experience have made us experts at identifying and solving roofing issues proactively, which is why we offer extensive maintenance services to our customers to maximize their investment.
Our Approach to Roof Service & Maintenance
Effective service and maintenance is all about being proactive — to stop problems before they start, and to address minor issues before they become major emergencies. Waiting until you have a roof leak to call the contractor is a reactive approach. A maintenance plan is a proactive approach that can stop the leak from happening in the first place. In fact, regular maintenance can prevent the occurrence of roof leaks by up to 70 percent on average. In the long run, a proactive approach can save you thousands of dollars in expensive repairs — not to mention the accompanying stress.
At All-South, we offer two basic service and maintenance strategies for our customers: A one-time inspection or a service and maintenance contract.
One-Time Inspection Calls
Every service call begins with a careful inspection of your roof. We look at the current wear-and-tear, identify any breaches or weaknesses, and check the drainage systems. We then document our findings in a report with our recommendations for maintenance work. Our crews come to the jobsite equipped with a full array of parts, tools and materials so most repairs and maintenance work can be done in the same visit. We’ll provide you a clearly written estimate, answer any questions and begin work at your approval.
Maintenance Contracts
Is a roofing maintenance contract worth it? Yes. In addition to providing building owners with long-term peace of mind over their investment, some roofing manufacturers will extend their warranties at no additional cost if the owner has an active maintenance agreement with an approved contractor. Under the terms of our maintenance contracts, All-South will make regularly scheduled visits to the building to conduct inspections and perform maintenance tasks as stated in the agreement. A maintenance contract also enables landlords and owners to focus on other aspects of their business without worrying about the status of the roof. This can also be an excellent option for owners of multiple buildings. We provide the same high level of service whether or not we installed your roof.
Commitment to Quality
At All-South Subcontractors, we’ve made it our aim to bring the highest caliber of service to any job, large or small, in order to turn first-time customers into lifelong customers. Our crews consist of some of the very best and most experienced roofers in the region, and many of them have been with All-South for many years. We’ve spent decades building our reputation of reliability and quality throughout the Southeast, and we’d love to be your roofing service company.
