Jennifer Vila is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources and safety functions. She holds affiliations with SHRM & BSHRM, as well as multiple professional certifications, including OSHA 30-Hour, Hazardous Material Management, Fall Protection, and a PHR. Jennifer earned her A.A. in Business from Miami-Dade College in 1996 and her B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Florida International University in 2004. Before joining the All-South team, she worked at Nextran Truck Centers, Ocean Express Limited, and Lilly & Associates. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jennifer is fluent in Spanish.
